Cyclone Arnab, tracked in the Bay of Bengal, is expected to cross the east coast between 5 pm on September 23 and 5 am on September 24. Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal could be the worst affected states, with heavy rainfall expected in several parts of these states. Orange Alert has also been issued in Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.
