Was asked in US if then-PM Manmohan was underachiever, I called him our pride: Shivraj

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that during his trip to the US capital, Washington DC, as Madhya Pradesh CM, he was asked whether then PM Manmohan Singh was an underachiever. "I said, 'Not at all. He is India’s Prime Minister and our pride. India’s PM can never be an underachiever'," he added.
