Was Dhoni run-out on no-ball in World Cup semi-final vs New Zealand?

A small graphic showing six players outside the 30-yard circle ahead of delivery on which MS Dhoni got run-out against New Zealand semi-final had gone viral. However, only five fielders are allowed outside the circle in the third powerplay. The graphic was a broadcasting error as Lockie Ferguson had called up a fielder inside the circle before bowling the delivery.
