Actress Neena Gupta recalled an incident wherein she regretted speaking up after getting harassed by a director during the initial days of her career. Calling the director a "womaniser", she said, "He thought that I was new, it would be easier to impress me...However, no one listened to me, but he was heard, because he was more powerful and known."
