Was my privilege to serve US for over 50 yrs: Biden in farewell letter

Outgoing US President Joe Biden released his farewell letter, calling it his privilege to have served US for over 50 years. "Nowhere else on earth could a kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton...one day sit behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office," he wrote. Biden also underlined the various accomplishments of his administration in the letter.
