Was on heavy painkillers, kept falling asleep waiting to bat: Pope

England batter Ollie Pope has opened up about batting through pain during the second Ashes Test at Lord's. Pope injured his shoulder while fielding on Day 1 of the match and went on to bat in both of their innings. "It was sore, I was on heavy painkillers. I was falling asleep waiting to bat...was kind of annoying," revealed Pope.
