Was rejected for 'Chanakya' because of my wheatish complexion: Deepika Agarwal

Actress Deepika Agarwal, who starred in show 'Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai', has revealed that she was rejected for Ajay Devgn's upcoming movie 'Chanakya' because of her "wheatish complexion". "I felt hurt because even in this age and time, skin colour matters more than talent," she added. "Rejecting someone based on appearance is something I condemn," Deepika further said.
