Was surprised: Pankaj on Election Commission making him national icon

Actor Pankaj Tripathi revealed he was surprised after he was named the national icon by the Election Commission of India. Pankaj added the Election Commission noticed that he's eager to take forward "the message of the importance of democracy". "It's for the love of democracy which has pushed me to contribute and it was acknowledged with the tag," he stated.
