Experts claim US administration "muddled legal issues" through its operation to capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, after he was indicted with crimes related to terrorism and drugs, as it's also seen as a potential prelude to US' long-term control of the country. Moreover, US Congress wasn't notified of the operation. International law also prohibits use of force in most cases.
