Washington Post owner and billionaire Jeff Bezos blocked an editorial endorsing Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris after it was written but before it was published. CEO William Lewis said this decision marked a return to the newspaper's roots of non-endorsement. The Post began endorsing presidential candidates after 1976 and may continue to endorse candidates in local polls.
