Washington state agencies hit with ongoing cyberattack in US

Many of Washington state's agencies in the US have been hit with a multifaceted cyberattack that has infested them with sophisticated malware, Bloomberg reported. The attack has already lasted for over a week but hasn't impacted the election systems. Secretary of State Kim Wyman's office had earlier said they were aware of an "active cyber threat facing government entities".
