Watch Das run 400m in 51.46s to win gold at World Jr C'ships

Hima Das clocked 51.46 seconds to win the women's 400m event at the IAAF World Junior Championships in Finland on Thursday. The 18-year-old became the first-ever Indian to win gold in a track event at a world championship across all age groups. Notably, Das had clocked her personal best of 51.13 seconds at the National Inter State Championships in Guwahati.
