Water crisis in Delhi due to sand mining in Yamuna in Haryana: AAP

Delhi Jal Board Vice Chairman and AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said water crisis in Delhi was due to rampant illegal sand mining in Haryana. "The sand mafia has created a series of bunds downstream of Yamuna and it's blocking the flow of water to Delhi," he said.
