Water supply in 30 Iranian villages hit as US attacks desalination plant

Water supply in 30 villages in Iran has been impacted after the US attacked a freshwater desalination plant on Qeshm Island in the Persian Gulf, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said. Calling it a blatant and desperate crime, Araghchi said, "Attacking Iran's [civilian] infrastructure is a dangerous move with grave consequences." In response, Iran attacked the US' Juffair base in Bahrain.
