A rare waterspout was spotted over flooded fields in the Mohiuddin Nagar block area of Bihar’s Samastipur district on September 26. In a video of the natural phenomenon shared by IMD’s Meteorological Centre Patna, locals can be heard shouting in fear. A waterspout is a rotating column of air and mist that forms over a body of water.
