West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari led the state's first 'Har Ghar Tiranga' rally on Monday in Kolkata and was seen holding the National Flag. The state government earlier distributed 70 lakh national flags across the state in preparation for the rally. "I don't know why previous government did not participate in this national event," Adhikari said while announcing the event.
