WB govt to remove Mamata Banerjee's books from state-run libraries

West Bengal government has decided to remove books written by ex-CM Mamata Banerjee from public libraries, including her well-known poem Epang Opang Jhapang, several reports stated. Library and Mass Education Minister Gouri Sankar Ghosh said that Mamata’s books are of little use to students and youths. "We'll rearrange...shelves to have books that could benefit students and youth," Ghosh added.
