WB Guv mentions 'state complicity' in Murshidabad report to MHA
West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose, in his report on Murshidabad violence submitted to Home Ministry, said the state is dealing with "twin spectre of radicalisation and militancy". He also mentioned about "state complicity" in his report. He also urged to set up BSF outposts "in the vulnerable districts along the international border". Three people had died in the violence.
