We are 'allowing' friends in India to buy Russian oil, says Trump's official

Secretary of the Department of Energy in the US, Chris Wright, said the US has "allowed" its friends in India to purchase Russian oil. "All this floating Russian oil storage, it's just backed up, we told our friends in India, 'buy that oil'," he said in a TV interview. He claimed this doesn't imply US has changed policy towards Russia.
