We are also humans: K'taka HC as it recalls 'watching child porn not offence' order

The Karnataka High Court has recalled its earlier order where it said watching child pornography online is not an offence. "We judges are also humans...we are also not infallible," it added. The court noted the order was passed only based on Section 67B (a) of the IT Act but Section 67B (b) considers browsing or creating child porn an offence.
