We are putting efforts to hire staff from smaller towns: Paytm CEO

Paytm is doubling down on its efforts to hire staff from smaller towns and allow them to continue working from home instead of moving to its offices in bigger cities, Founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma said. While speaking at the ClearTax e-Invoicing Leadership Conclave, he added that 20-25% of Paytm's staff could continue to work remotely in the future.
