We attach no value to it: Govt on US' human rights report on India

India's External Affairs Ministry has responded after US State Department released a report on human rights issues in India and mentioned violence in Manipur, bulldozer action and Khalistani Hardeep Singh Nijjar's killing in Canada. "This report...is deeply biased and reflects a poor understanding of India. We attach no value to it and urge you to do the same," MEA said.
