We block one porn site, another one opens: Govt to SC

Explaining its struggle to block porn sites, the govt Friday said, "There are around four crore websites and when we block one, a new one comes along". It added that servers used to provide porn are located abroad, making it hard to have any control over them. The government's admission comes after a PIL demanded ban on porn sites.
