We have all means to destroy anyone who attacks Kaliningrad: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday said that his country has all the means to destroy anyone who attempts to attack Russia's Kaliningrad. Putin's remarks came in response to Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys' comment that NATO had to show Russia it was capable of penetrating Kaliningrad. Kaliningrad is a Russian exclave situated between Poland and Lithuania.
