We issued traffic advisory: K'taka Minister after students miss NEET exam due to Congress rally

Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge has defended Congress after three students reportedly missed NEET-UG retest after getting late in traffic jam due to Congress rally in Bengaluru. Stating that the state government had "issued a traffic advisory," Priyank said, "You should blame us if we had not issued a traffic advisory or if we had been lazing around."
