We must apologise to India & designate Pakistan a state sponsor of terror: Ex-US official

Ex-US Defence Department official Michael Rubin said US needs to apologise to India for “mistreating” the country for the past year. He said, "Donald Trump doesn't like to apologise, but the interests of US...are much more important than his ego." He added that Pakistan should be designated "a state sponsor of terror", calling for Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir's arrest.
