We're consuming a lot of mental junk food: Neuroscientist Nikolay
Nikolay Kukushkin, a neuroscientist at NYU, said on the podcast that people don't talk enough about mental hygiene. "We're consuming a lot of mental junk food, and it seems that it just disappears...but it's not," he said. "Everything that we're consuming mentally or physically leaves a trace," he added, urging people to tend their brains like a garden.
