We tried our best to solve Panjshir problem, but talks failed: Taliban
The Taliban on Wednesday said the negotiations with the leaders of the Panjshir province have failed. "[We] tried our best to solve the Panjshir problem with talks and negotiations...but unfortunately all in vain," Mullah Amir Khan Motaqi, head of Taliban's commission for guidance and encouragement, said. Panjshir Valley is the only remaining province resisting the Taliban's rule in Afghanistan.
