Singer Adnan Sami said he and late veteran singer Asha Bhosle would often argue and "it was the typical fight a mother and son might have". He added, "She and I would fight over the smallest of things. Her biggest complaint would be, 'You never visit'." Sami further said he would "leave everything to attend to her" whenever she called.
