'We've been talking about terrorism for 40 yrs, what has been done?,' Indian Envoy asks Canada

Dinesh Patnaik, India's High Commissioner to Canada, accused Canadian authorities of having "failed for 40 years" to act against terrorist elements operating on their soil. "India has been talking about terrorism in Canada for 40 years. What has anyone done?" Patnaik asked. He said this while referring to the 1985 Air India bombing that killed 329 people in Canada.
