We wanted to kill Atiq, Ashraf to become popular: Gangster's killers to police

The three men who shot and killed gangster Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf in Prayagraj on Saturday night told police they wanted to commit the murders to "become popular". They also said they "started living among local journalists" after learning that Atiq and Ashraf were in police custody. They said they wanted to 'completely wipe off' the "Atiq-Ashraf gang".
