We welcome it: NCPCR as SC says 'Don't use term child pornography'

NCPCR Chairperson Priyank Kanoongo reacted after the Supreme Court asked all courts not to use the word "child pornography" in orders. Kanoongo said, "We welcome SC's judgement." Notably, the SC on Monday ruled that storing or watching child pornography can be an offence under POCSO Act if the person concerned had intention to make some gain from it.
