After UP CM Yogi Adityanath met Akshay Kumar in Mumbai, UP Minister SN Singh said, "We were welcomed open-heartedly by Bollywood people." Claiming Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray "lost his sleep" after the visit, Singh added, "Shiv Sena...should first rectify their culture with Bollywood. If they want to keep something, they should keep it, no one wants to take it away."
