Pakistan on Wednesday announced that it will host the 19th SAARC Summit scheduled for November 9-10, after four of 8 SAARC members boycotted the summit. Led by India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Afghanistan, had withdrawn from the summit citing incitement of terror in the region. Notably, the consensus-based summit is automatically postponed or cancelled if even one member does not participate.
