We won't penalise employees for working remotely: IBM Consulting

IBM Consulting is asking employees to return to office three days per week. The company, however, has stated it will not penalise employees who are unable to go into the workplace. "We understand the importance of balancing both your work and home life as we move to a hybrid work model," the company said in its Return to Workplace FAQs.
