While talking about work-life balance, Netflix Co-founder Marc Randolph said, "If there's a crisis, we are going to wrap it up by 5:00 pm." "I [have] had a hard cut-off on Tuesdays...I [leave] at exactly 5:00 pm...If you had something to say to me...at 4:55 pm, you had better say it on the way to the parking lot," Randolph said.
