Shares of Websol Energy System Limited surged over 4% to ₹59.5 on Thursday, after securing 3 new purchase orders worth ₹172 crore aggregating 85.5 MW for solar modules. The orders have been awarded by Bekem Infra Projects, Sri Avantika Contractors, and Kosol Energie. Websol is one of the leading manufacturers of high-efficiency solar cells and solar modules in India.
