Weinstein's NY rape charge dropped after accuser says she can't endure 4th trial

Ex-film producer Harvey Weinstein won't face a fourth trial on New York rape charge after prosecutors dropped the case on Thursday. The decision came after the accuser, Jessica, said she couldn't bear to testify again, adding the eight-year-long case had put her through "more harm than good". Weinstein, however, will remain in prison due to his convictions in other cases.
