Weinstein sexually assaulted me twice in same hotel 17 yrs apart: Former actress

A former actress has testified that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her during the Toronto International Film Festival in 1991 and then again when she went to confront him in the same hotel 17 years later. Kelly Sipherd, who was an aspiring actor in the 80-90s, said she didn't tell anyone about the second assault for years because of "sheer embarrassment".
