Grocery delivery startup BigBasket's Co-founder and CEO Hari Menon said, "Very soon, you'll see us starting to make deliveries in two hours." On opening physical stores, Menon said, "We don't need to go omnichannel just because other players in the space are doing this." He added, "It's now proven that a significantly large consumer base wants to buy groceries online."
