We'll get COVID-19 under control by listening to experts: Harris

US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris said the Biden administration will curb the effect of coronavirus pandemic in the country by listening to the experts. She added that the administration will also implement "nationwide testing and tracing" and ensure "vaccines are safe and free for all". This comes as American biotechnology company Moderna announced its potential vaccine is 94.5% effective.
