We'll only return small amount, not entire ₹16 lakh crore: Rahul

Congress' Rahul Gandhi has said that the party manifesto promised to return only a small amount to 90% people of the country from the ₹16 lakh crore PM Narendra Modi gave to select 22 people. "We did not say we will return the entire ₹16 lakh crore. We have calculated...only a small amount of money would be returned," Rahul claimed.
