Went for lunch, boat overturned in flash: Vietnam boat accident survivor

A survivor of the Vietnam boat tragedy said the group had gone for lunch before the boat overturned "in a flash", allegedly due to high waves and possible overloading. The boat, carrying 32 Indian tourists and four crew members, capsized shortly after leaving Hon May Rut Ngoai Island. He said 20 people escaped, while 15 remained trapped inside overturned boat.
