West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari announced a fresh probe into rape-murder of a doctor at RG Kar Hospital. He claimed police had failed to do their duty. BJP had promised to reopen the case after coming to power. Meanwhile, the state government observed second anniversary of the rape and murder by holding a two-minute silence across government hospitals on Sunday.
