West Bengal Governor asks Messi event organisers to refund ticket money, calls for their arrest

After chaos erupted during Argentine football legend Lionel Messi's visit to the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata, West Bengal Governor Ananda Bose asked organisers to refund the ticket money. Citing poor management and planning, he demanded the immediate arrest of the organisers. "In future, the government should have a standard operating procedure...There should be an insurance team," Bose added.
