West Bengal mandates online-only certified deed copies

West Bengal has introduced a new policy mandating the online issuance of certified deed copies. The state land department implemented this move to eliminate the role of illegal brokers and streamline the process. Physical copies will no longer be issued, and all applicants must download their certified deeds online.
