At least 30 people were injured in a fire at SAIL's IISCO Steel Plant at Burnpur (West Bengal) on Wednesday, the state-owned steelmaker said. The incident occurred during a planned shutdown taken for carrying out rectification jobs in one of the preheaters of the coke oven battery. However, the fire was immediately extinguished.
