West engaging in nuclear rhetoric right now: Russia

Russia on Tuesday said it does not want to take part in "nuclear rhetoric" which was being spread by the West. UK-based The Times on Monday reported the NATO alliance believed Russia was going to conduct a nuclear test on the Ukrainian border. The West is "engaging in a lot" of "nuclear rhetoric right now", said Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
