West Indies players charged with changing the condition of ball

During the seventh and final round of the West Indies Championship match, Veerasammy Permaul and Kevlon Anderson of Guyana Harpy Eagles got charged with “changing the condition of the ball” while playing against Trinidad & Tobago Red Force in Port of Spain. After the umpires laid the charge on both players, they were given a hefty fine.
