West's weapons not helping Ukraine: NATO member Czech Republic

NATO member country Czech Republic has claimed that the West's weapons are not helping Ukraine counter Russia. Czech President Petr Pavel said that West-supplied weapons have turned into "warehouse goods" in Ukraine due to a lack of ammunition. Pavel's comments came after his recent visit to Ukraine. Ukraine received Leopard and Challenger battle tanks from UK and Germany in March.
